Terms and Conditions

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' button and you will be asked to enter your details to enable us to complete the order.

We accept payment by all major cards PayPal or cheque. Make cheques payable to Zooma and send to:

Delivery Schedule Depends on the availability of items you order, the order processing time will vary.The average order processing time is 24 hours. In order to maintain competitive shipping rates, we ship all similar items in one shipment. Note that orders are shipped/delivered only Monday - Friday. Delivery estimates do not include weekends.

We suggest that you contact us if you need an item by a certain date or in a hurry so that we can fulfill your order in time.

In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock or on back order, we may hold the rest of your items until the item is restocked. As soon as it arrives in our warehouse, we will ship your entire order to you in one shipment.

We will normally send your order to you in 3-5 business days. International orders are generally received in under 14 days.

You must inform us within two working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.

You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.


We are able to offer a full refund for most products returned in new unused condition within 14 days. We do not refund shipping charges. See below for exceptions.


  •  To correct a Company delivery or size/product error. 
  •  In response to a recall instigated by a manufacturer. 
  •  Where the products or packages are alleged to have been faulty, damaged or tampered  with prior to delivery. 



Please note that if you refuse goods from either Royal Mail or our Courier once they have been sent to you, we reserve the right to bill you for both the cost of sending the item and the return of the item to us. If you refuse an order without instruction from ourselves and it becomes lost in transit we will not refund the value of goods as all liability will have passed to the person who refused the delivery. Any losses or damages that occurs from lost parcels will be the responsibility of the person who ordered the goods.
