Zoomadog Warranty
We are very happy to send replacement goods if they have:
- Arrived faulty and your dog has not yet tried them on at all
- Had a strap break due to being faulty (not wear and tear)
You must let us know within the first 30 days since purchase.
Please email us photos and we will send you a replacement.
Please do not to discard the damaged item until we've confirmed it's alright to do so.
Warranty does not cover general wear and tear including if your dog has worn the item outside. If a product becomes damaged because it was used for the wrong purpose, the wrong breed or used to a capacity that exceeds its functional capability, you won’t be eligible for repair or replacement. This includes, for example, Hunnyboots being used for any breed other than a greyhound or whippet, as the boots were not designed for this breed.
Brand exceptions:
For wheelchairs, the aluminum parts have a five year warranty.
